I do not get it.
I found this quote very interesting (and confusing?):

Government asked us to change lifestyle. Should we spend or not?
Conclusion: Go out; to spend more $ to have more funs! The economy is depending on us. Wrong?

that's the problem, they but down increment & bonus, how to spend, bru?
stagflation is coming. nobody in this era has faced such thing before. nobody knows how to react to such economy, only have knowledge in theory haha
